Meet Dalla

Founder Dalla Emerson has 20 years of experience in food service and leadership and is now on a mission to empower those around her. As a woman of color and a Brazilian immigrant she has had to fight an uphill battle to reach the level of success in her industry that she has achieved today. With the tools and experience she has gained from her time working in the field, she is now looking to uplift and empower fellow leaders in K-12 education. In her current position at the Bowling Green Public Schools Dalla has worked with local farmers and community leaders to provide every child the opportunity to have access to nutritious and affordable food. She has taken her food service program to new heights and is now looking to do the same with other K-12 educational programs
